We use only the freshest ingredients with locally sourced free range eggs and the highest quality flour to produce light and fluffy sponges.

All cakes are baked fresh, 2-3 days before your required collection date. We don't add preservatives, nor do we bake in massive batches and freeze them.

All decoration is finished to the highest standard. Cakes are decorated the day before collection. Where requested, handmade decorations are available.
