Booking requirements

To ensure that we can continue to trade safely for our customers, for us and our families, we are currently operating a contactless collection system.

• A week before you are due to collect your order, we will contact you to discuss your collection day and time window. These will be mutually agreed so it is convenient for all parties. You will then be given a 30 minute time slot which will allow for traffic delays etc. We ask that you notify us if you are going to overrun so that we can contact the customer arriving in the next slot and possibly get them to come either earlier or later. The time slots are imperative to us trading safely for everyone, so if for any reason you need to alter your time slot, please do your best to give us plenty of notice. If you are asking someone else to collect your cake on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of the procedures in place. 

• On the day of collection you will be sent pictures of your order. We will aim to send these from a number of different angles so that you can see every part of your cake. You will also be reminded of the collection system in place and the time of your booked slot.

• When you arrive to collect your order we ask that you park up, open the boot on your car and let us know that you are here. We will then bring your cake out to you and place it into the boot of your car and close the door down after. We ask that you remain in the car at all times so that it is safe for us all. If you require us to place the cake in the front passenger footwell, we will ask that you please get out of the car and stand at a safe distance allowing us to do this. 

These are very strange and unique times and so to try and trade with some semblance of normality, and to make sure that we operate as safe as we possibly can, we feel that these measures are necessary .We appreciate our customers being understanding with this.
